the rooms, although spacious, felt dated and cramped, quite disappointing. I tried to use the fancy Japanese toilet, which was, surprise surprise, not working properly! Can you imagine? Plus, a complimentary breakfast would have been a simple gesture to brighten my stay, but of course, that wasn't in the cards. I was nearly impressed, but I just couldn’t.

The room provided decent amenities, with robes and slippers adding a nice touch of comfort. I liked the quick access to the BTS station, making it easy to zip around the area and explore without much fuss.
Not all was smooth sailing. The pool situation was a letdown, as it wasn't on-site. you had to trot over to the neighboring hotel to use it. Some quirky features, like the Japanese toilet, were unreliable, leading to a bit of a surprise for my girlfriend and me. Plus, while the room appeared clean, the furnishings felt dated and cramped. And let's not even start on the breakfast situation. if you wanted a bite, you'd have to shell out extra cash for it, which feels a bit excessive. despite the strategic location, there were definitely better picks around for the price.

The hotel's proximity to a metro station makes it incredibly easy to explore Bangkok's main attractions without much hassle.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was quite pricey when we opted to pay for it separately.

I had a fantastic stay! The food was delicious, especially the sushi buffet. just be ready for an interesting twist on expectations. Room-wise, it was spacious, but not quite like the amazing pictures I had seen. Would I return? Probably not.

Super comfy stay!
We had a fab 5-night family getaway. The kids loved their twin room with a nice bathtub after our long days out. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant served some good sushi which we enjoyed. It does get a bit quiet, though, and the English could be better, makes ordering sometimes tricky.

we absolutely loved our stay at jal city! the upgraded suite was just wonderful, and my hubby appreciated the comfy beds. our kids had a blast in the twin room with a nice bathtub after our shopping adventures. location was super convenient, just a quick 5 min walk to thang lo bts. really good prices for the size and facilities we got.
however, the breakfast was not included and kinda pricy when we did wanna pay for it. The english from the staff could be better sometimes, which made things a bit tricky.
